Shipping Policy

Where We Ship

We ship primarily within the United States, with select destinations available in Canada and internationally depending on the product. If you don't see your country available at checkout, contact us before ordering.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free for most products within the United States.

Production Time

Because every item is custom made-to-order using the photos and design you provide, please allow 2–4 business days for production before your order ships.

Delivery Time

After production, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days within the United States. Total time from order to delivery is typically 4–9 business days.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 12:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (New York) begin production on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

International Duties and Taxes

Deliveries to some countries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes charged when the product reaches its destination. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over customs charges. If you refuse a package for this reason, customs authorities may charge an administration fee that will be deducted from any refund.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your package appears delayed or missing, please check the tracking link first. If there is no movement for more than 3 business days, email info@youcelebratelife.com and we will help resolve it.
